Hee Haw Credit Reset relay (resized).jpg
#1 2 years ago

Chicago Coin Hee Haw.
Clean score reels, all of the steppers, playfield, switches and checked all fuses. Have credits on machine, turn pin on. Here are my issues.

1. Credit button not giving credit or starts a game. Put a jumper on the green wire at transformer jumped to Credit Reset Re. nothing happens. Checked Credit Reset Re. with MM coil is good.

2. Jumper from transformer green wire to Outhole Re. nothing

3. Jumper from transformer green wire to Tilt Re. nothing

4. Jumper from transformer green wire to Game Reset Re. game resets and is ready to play.

5. None of the 3 outhole kicker work.

Thanks

Assuming you jumpered from the green wire to one of the coil solder lugs, the Credit Reset relay won't fire, even with a jumper, if the Motor E-1 switch is open. Some of the other relays you mention have switches that need to be closed too.

No need to jumper from the transformer. I'd jumper around some of the switches in this circuit to figure out why the Credit Reset relay isn't firing.

5. None of the 3 outhole kicker work. FIXED

Thanks to MarkG, followed the circuit and found E1 needed a little more cleaning.
