I just got a new cpu board for my DH and for some reason there isn’t a 1 credit for .25 option in the pricing adjustment. I’m tryinb to set it to 1 coin for 1 credit. Am I missing something?

Looking and reading the manual, 1 play for 50c is the lowest option. It says custom pricing isn't available in US and Canada. Even looking at the custom pricing editor I didn't see any way to get a credit for one quarter.

It should be possible with custom pricing, if available. Just set one coin = one credit?

No custom pricing option.

May be that you need a different rom then.

The new Cpu board I bought came unpopulated. I used the roms from my original board in the replacement. I guess I'll just send out my old board to get repaired and see what happens.

Why would getting your old board repaired help you with roms?

did your old board have the operator hack board added to tweak pricing on this era of game?

it is often a tiny little board that was put in line somewhere with the coin switches but may have been on your old board. Sorry, cant be more descriptive (been a while and fuzzy headed with cold this week), but I have seen it a few times in different configurations over the years. It acts as a doubler of sorts >> 1 coin drop and this causes 2 pulses. So in effect you were likely on .50 per play but the doubler board took care of the 2nd pulse.

Maybe thats what that board was. My original board had a little board that plugged into J205. You might be onto something.
