I have been banned from several carnivals for being a "scalper". I almost got punched once from a 6-toothed carnie after she got pissed off that I had won so easily and took her biggest prize.

I have a thing against cheating carnies and I can't help but give them a little taste of their own medicine. BTW, not all carnies are scoundrels.

Got kicked off of reddit because I had an opinion that wasn't the same as reddit's opinion.

"Pinballparts" on eBay banned me from buying their stuff because I had the audacity to ask for a shipping discount on multiple purchases.

Never banned. Thrown out of a few bars once twice when I went into a lower part and they found me again. Thrown out of one baseball card show three times. And thrown out of a vending machine show.

Back in the late 90’s there was a bar near the office. We’d go there a lot after work and get trashed.
One night i noticed their stock room down in the basement was unlocked. I grabbed a few bottles of Makers Mark.
I was pouring shots for people.
The owner eventually caught wind and came over and said WTF.
I was forcefully removed and never allowed back.
    They went out of business.

Banned from a Subaru dealer (Austin Subaru) for ripping them a new one online for using fake invoice prices when helping my mother haggle for a car (I gave a very factual accounting of the experience). We bought at another nearby dealer for a much lower price. I returned to the original dealer six months later and had an appointment to test drive WRX (and with a different salesperson of course) and the sales manager literally cancelled my appontment at the last minute and told me I was not welcome to do business with them because of my review. Needless the other dealer got another sale. The lack of professionalism at Austin Subaru still astounds me.

Um, yep. I run a restaurant and we work very hard. Was forced to stop a few years ago, as things (liabilities) changed. But used to have all staff Christmas parties with open bar every year. Every venue we used told us we were never welcome back for another party. Oops, guess we went at it a little too hard.

I once launched a club sandwich at 70 mph at a window at lunchtime inside a delicatessen (long story, but it was justified) and had a 5 foot 60 year old Jewish man screaming at me in Yiddish and pointing at the door. I assume I was permanently banned.

In 1978 me and buddy would go dumpster diving at the Penndot office that issued driver's licenses. Back then, no picture. Hit gold one day with a torn sheet of blank licenses. We carefully cut them out and with a typewriter could make licenses that made us 21, legal drinking age. We were 18. Made ours, sold the rest for $50 a pop. With that and a photo college ID, we could drink anywhere. At our local bar the owner carded us once and never again. On my 21st birthday, my friends were buying me drinks and the owner lost his shit when he realized I'd been drinking there for 3 years underage. Banned for life.

In 3rd grade a friend of mine and myself were the class clowns always getting in trouble. We were in the library and put gum in the nuns coffee. That day the teacher banned both of us from the classroom and our names were removed from the classroom community board. For the rest of the week we were alone in an empty classroom getting our assignments away from the class. On Friday the class took a vote and they voted us back in to the community.

I would tell you what I think about this thread, but I would be banned from here...

Banned from the Old Country Buffett. This used to be an all-you-can eat chain here in Michigan. I don't know if this was a national chain or not. Anyway, when I was 19 or 20, me and about five buddies would go to different all-you-can-eat places and have eating competitions. We really did do some damage in terms of consumption. One day, I guess we overstayed our welcome because the big fat ass manager came over to our table and said, "Boys, you've had enough." (This guy looked like he'd been in about 1000 eating contests in his life.) I informed him that he would know that we've had enough when we left since this was an all-you-can-eat establishment. He wasn't having it and threatened us with the authorities, so we left. I've always been curious how that would have shaken out if we had stayed.

You were shoving Canadian quarters in the machines weren’t you

    #28 2 years ago

I got thrown out of an arcade when I was 17 because I wasn't pumping quarters in and was told I was loitering. I ran out of quarters because I suck at pinball and still do. I was only banned for the night.

Hutz: Mrs. Simpson, what did you and your husband do after you were ejected from the restaurant?
Marge: We pretty much went straight home…
Hutz: Mrs. Simpson, you are under oath!
Marge: We drove around until 3AM looking for another all-you-an-eat fish restaurant.
Hutz: And when you couldn’t find one?
    Marge: We went fishing.
Hutz: Do these sound like the actions of a man who had all he could eat?

A little reluctant to post. But what the hell.
Kicked out, escorted out by security amd picture taken.....Barbery Coast Casino Las Vegas baby.
Counting cards circa 1997-1998 ,I lose track.
I went back 3 years later to test the ban...I was at table maybe 10 minutes....tap on the shoulder. "Sir, we need to talk"....I was out the door within 2 minutes. They 100% didn't like me.
Love me 21 and I will always count.
My trick was single or 2 or 3 deck. I still seek it out. 6 deck sucks. The % variable is 70 plus.
FYI, you use your chips to do the count.
    It's good they caught me.

Mikey got banned from bar. In fact, Mikey has been banned from several bars. So many. Mikey Mikey Mikey!

No. It was a joint show split in half. Half pinball/video games, etc and half vending. The vending side had tables full of candy bars they gave away. My sales rep told me to come back about 3 pm when they had to start catching their flights back home and you could help yourself. ( bear in mind I was down in the lobby helping sell video games to operators that had multiple bags of candy each that wanted to know what games were hot )

So me and a friend went back. We each had a bag. And we would talk to the reps, ask if we could have a candy bar. And yes or no take one or not and move on.

Now the game guys had been in there all day taking bags full. The vending guys got pissed and wanted the distributor to do something. So my sales rep asked who ? I had long hair then. The guy pointed at me and said him. So my sales rep came over and told me I had to go. Even though I bought a vending machine from them, I was welcome there and told to come back.

On the way back to my arcade my friend hung his head. He wondered how he'd ever tell his wife he got tossed out of a vending show. She expected bigger and better things from him, especially since we weren't allowed to play together.

The next year I went and just hit the game side. The a different little weasel told me to behave myself. I remarked I had four or five candy bars when my rep tossed me and F YOU. I skipped their spring show too, my rep asked me why. I told him he threw me out of the last one. He claimed he didn't remember.

    Quoted from usandthem:

That is the part I always liked. I'd tell them call the police. I'll wait for them.

That's an interesting perspective. Nothing is worse than the pit boss telling you, you are no longer able to change your bet. Like, oh okay, guess I'll hit the bar.

Back in my teens on one late summer night in the 90's with a gaggle of other BBS nerds at a Denny's we were all banned... Some of my friends decided to demonstrate how the toothpick from a club sandwich coupled with a soda straw makes a decent blowgun by decorating the ceiling tiles. I was impressed. Denny's was not.

Banned from a residential construction site.

Two jobsites doing elevators. One because I refused to walk each single piece of trash to the dumpster 100 yards away instead piling up a 3x5 box that I was going to take out at the end of the day. (Argument ensued)

And the other because I told a GC to stop opening our crates to "check" things. (Argument ensued)

Both instances required a $2,500 "remobilization" fee to be paid before we came back to finish installing, LOL. WE WIN.

Some convention room managers don't like pinball people hiding small ice chests of beers under our pinball machines that we bring and set up in the free-play area. Hid back by 2-wheel dolly & boxes of spare parts, under shipping blanket, etc. Had a couple close calls at a certain unnamed festival/expo. Had to give up a beer or two over the years or leave the building. I guess it hurts their liquor sales. He may have said it violates their liquor license/contract or something, but he was acting like a total Barney Fife about it trying to catch people. We've had to refine our methods to keep the peace.

Well, let's just say about 1977, the whole place cleaned up a bit. Besides, holes the desert kind of urban legend. They always wanted their money back.

Local indoor Go Kart track had my timed race stopped & asked to leave cos I was trying to pass a little kid in front of me & he wouldn't let me pass, so had to do a desperado inside pass. At the time seemed like the only option, race director on the load speaker told me to stop & ejected me out for dangerous driving.

My situation yrs ago was more humiliating than getting kicked out. Shortly after our timed run got going and up to speed, the race director halted me on track, and adjusted the engine throttle, so I couldn't go as fast. Got passed by a bunch of kids after that.

I think most if not all OCBs are gone around here but I recall the lunches were always cheaper than the dinners. Dinner food had better selection. I remember stories of people coming in late for the lunch shift and wait for dinner to come out. I guess it depends on how you value your time.

I think they do have the right to kick you out. I’m sure there’s some sort of law they could get you on.

My step brother would always pay for the cheap ski lift at a local place and cut over to the expensive location. One time he and his friends all came back with “theft of service” citations.

I was escorted out of a strip club one time. Does that count?

I got kicked out of a strip club in Philadelphia once for throwing up on a stripper.

Long story short it was my buddies bachelor party. Went went out to eat Italian food beforehand, had spaghetti and killed like two bottles of wine each. After that a bunch of us went to the club and there I drank like 6 Jack and Cokes. Totally drunk at this point, three of us decided to get lap dances. Part way through my lap dance I feel something warm on my lap and I look down and the stripper had peed on my lap. I was pretty drunk, but I’m 100% certain I didn’t pay her to do that. I looked back up at her and start vomiting all over her face and titties. It was a pretty gross mix of spaghetti, wine and Jack and Coke. She was friggin pissed and started punching me furiously calling me a “mother fucker” and called security over while I was shielding myself from her bows. A big security guard came and grabbed me was said “YOU!!!, YOU’RE OUT OF HERE” to which I responded “sorry about that, didn’t realize this was a classy joint”. She gave me the nastiest look I’ve ever received from a woman and I couldn’t help but laugh because she still had spaghetti in her hair and in between her titties.
Spent the next 40 minutes or so waiting outside chain smoking cigarettes until my buddies finished up inside and came out and we jumped in a cab.
    Strange night for sure.

Kicked out of Dodger Stadium for trying to smuggle a flask in my crotch. The newly installed metal detector got me. They said I could give them my ticket and leave or else the cops would arrest me. Sucked because it was fireworks night and we had field level tickets. I waited 4 hours in the car while my friends watched the game and then watched fireworks from the outfield grass.
