I’m seeing lots of things level out price wise, autos, real estate, and collectibles. All these things raised in price during COVID for many reasons. Now things are shaky with the economy, food and energy prices are rising like crazy. Stocks are down along with crypto, precious metals (on paper) interest rates are up on homes and loans and the cost of living is climbing like crazy.

I personally believe the “bubble” is about to burst on a lot of things, not just pinball. If you like things for what they are and do t plan on getting rid of them, then prices don’t matter if they are high or low. I do feel for those who have “invested” in pinball or anything collectible in hopes of making a profit. If the bottom falls out they will be miserable.
