You've been scammed IMHO. Maybe the seller didn't intend it that way starting out, but he's gotten your money and spent it already.... it doesn't matter that you bought a non-minty PF.
Have one of the local pinsiders pick it up. It doesn't have to come off as a mob hit. Just a 'Hey, I'm here to pick up my pals playfield'.
Heck, if you know people in your area, I'll bet that somebody will be willing to pass it along at Expo.. or whatever. At this point, you have ZERO to loose.
