You have a right to be frustrated. This guy got you for $100. Unfortunately, you just have to deal with it. Live and learn and remember this for the next time. You are thinking straight and taking him to small claims court or trying to get him for mail fraud is going to cause you a lot of aggravation. I assure you this isn't "Americas Greed" and the FBI isn't going to get involved....LOL....this is a small time criminal (very small time is sounds like) and unfortunately our legal system isn't going to be tremendously motivated to put this guy in the slammer.

We are all watching too many shows....LOL !!! It is $100 and unfortunately it happens all the time (people buy bogus tickets, items that are misrepresented, etc. etc).....just be happy he only got you for $100. You are aggravating yourself way too much in my opinion even though I WOULD BE UPSET as well.

I bought a T2 from a guy (my 3rd pin I ever bought). The guy was a SCUM*** in the 1st degree. I get the T2 and it is missing the Hunter ship and Skull....he sent me a fraudulent picture. I WAS PISSSED in a big way. My wife talked some sense into me and she was right. It was better to spend some money and just make the machine right and write it off then to get so upset. NONE OF US LIKE BEING TAKEN.....but I am sure we all have one way or another in our life.

Just thank your lucky stars it was only $100....watch a couple of episodes of Americas Greed and you will see people who got scammed and have REAL PROBLEMS.

However, your playfield isn't coming......if it was the guy would have called you or e-mailed you an apologized a million times.....he is ignoring you because he has no intention of sending it in my opinion so just write it off. GOOD LUCK and I hope I am wrong !!!

Could have went all night without seeing that......well their went the mood !!! LOL !!!

Your hundred dollars is a thing of the past. I say go to the local casino and put another $100 on black and try to win it back. If that fails then do $200, $400, $800, $1,600.....your odds are excellent that you get it back that way (well over 90%). If that doesn't work well just think of the great story you will have to tell your friends for many years. Trust me, I have quite a few....LOL !!!

Good luck to you....second thought play RED....however, wait for 5 blacks in a row before you lay down the $100.....that always works for me.....LOL !!! Or is it play Black and wait for 6 Reds in a row.....let me check my notes and get back to you. Just make sure you have at least $3,100 to bet just in case you don't hit the first few spins !!!!

If you play black and red you can't win but you can lose....if Green comes up (0 or 00) you lose half your bet. Trust me, that has happened to me. Not as bad as the one time at the Breeders Cup I had bet a SURE THING (LOL) exacta. My two horses were way ahead of the field and I had the Exacta boxed (so it didn't matter what order as long as my 2 horses finised 1st and 2nd). Well, about 100 feet from the finish line I had this thought "well, as long as one of my horses doesn't fall down I am a WINNER"....just as I was thinking that it was like SLOW MOTION and one of my horses went down (horse was called GO FOR WAND and it was running for horse of the year). Well to this day everyone with me that day still believes I killed that horse as it had to be destroyed. So my GOOD LUCK strikes again !!! LOL !!!!

As for the hundred going to the casino is your best bet to get it back quickly.....still my advice.

You didn't read the HOP ways to win at roulette before you played (bought at any Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com for $1.99). Never fails....well almost never.....LOL. The one time it fails you lose a ton of money that more then offsets the $100 wins you have.....and if that fails you can always go to the Pass/Don't Pass line on Craps !!!!

Just read the replies to my post. It was a JOKE....you think I don't know if 100 Reds come out in a row on a roulette wheel the odds don't change. Give me a break. I am not that stupid even though I have fun letting people think I am....LOL !!!

For any of you to take me seriously really gave me a laugh today. It was in the context of this poster worrying about a $100 fraud. It happens....get over it. Move on. Call American Greed and see if they will put this on their next episode. This is a "penny fraud" as far as fraud's go so that is why I tried to make a joke out of it. The guy took you.....the guy who took your money is a JERK but truly it isn't the end of the world. I understand everyone wants to make him PAY for being a JERK and taking the money from a pinsider and that is very nice of everyone. However, most likely it is going to be a waste of time and effort as the law enforcement agencies have much "bigger fish to fry" then a small "con artist" like this guy is.

Still laughing over the guys who commented on my "system" .... it was a JOKE and I would think anyone could have figured out I was joking but I guess I was wrong....this will keep me laughing for awhile.

Good luck to the OP but as long as you learn a lesson from this the $100 to learn that lesson is minimal. Their are crooks all over the place....be careful. I never get taken but I deal with things differently but the way I deal with things and the way I would have dealt with this I truly can't post. But if I was as upset as you this guy would be giving me back my $100 because I would pay him a little "personal visit" if I was as upset as you are. That is the way you deal with him. However, for $100 it wouldn't be worth my time and effort to even take a trip to meet the jerk and get back my money (and yes I know it would cost you more but it should be the principal at this point not the money if you are indeed this upset......tell him you are coming to see him......you might be surprised if he feels you are serious about what he does then).

Guys I am a true NY ITALIAN....of course I can vocalize the caps and ellipses !!! Think of good ole Jimmy Valvano (one of my idols) and of course DA MAN AL PACINO.....they taught me everything I know. As well as my good ole "Uncle Joey" who is mentioned in the book Good Fellas by the way. Trust me, he would deal with this scam situation the "right way"....LOL.

However, it is only a $100.....just let it be. Not worth it. However, us pinsiders could pay him a little visit. Wonder how much he likes his knee caps....LOL !!! Maybe we could start a "pinsider mafia"......Navajas something tells me you would want it. I am sure we could recruit some guys and then we could take it upon ourselves to stop any additional fraud.

Lets get on this.....like the song goes "not as good as I once was".....LOVE THAT VIDEO.....lets turn back the clock a little guys !!!

LOL.....I still can't believe this is going on over $100. This really is funny watching this unfold.

You guys need to watch some episodes of American Greed to truly put this FRAUD into perspective.

However, it was really nice of that pinsider to get involved trying to help you out.

Good luck to you. I can see this ongoing saga still going on a year from now. I still say if you are this upset at him then really deal with it....if not just move on if this doesn't work. It's like telling your Daddy and Mommy the bully at school took your milk money. My Dad would have given me a bat and said "get your money back" after he beat the cr** out of me. My point....it is only $100 and if it is truly bothering you this much the guy got you then REALLY DEAL WITH IT. Otherwise, let it go if this doesn't work.

Truly, I wish there was a way I could take your "milk money".....sorry couldn't resist. Guess you would have your sister try to get it back for you.
