It always sucks to have to deal with this sort of thing. I would confront him in an e-mail, saying that you see he's listing other items for sale, and he needs to come through on your deal now. Give him a two-day window to ship it and provide you with a tracking number. If he doesn't get it shipped out, post in one of his sale threads.
