Someone once said buying a Sys80 would be a headache. But what's success without a little failure along the way? I had my HH up and running. I was trying to adjust the outhole from the Basement to the Main Playfield and, after much troubleshooting, a telltale burning smell arose from below the playfield and the VUK stopped working. Additional details that may lead to solving this mystery:

-Sounds like the relay still triggers.
-VUK is not stuck ON. Just does not function.
-Many other features on the LPF do not work either.(pop bumper, drop target reset)
-Some of the features on the LPF STILL work.(special kickout, kickers)
-Ran a Self-Test and Solenoid 2 doesn't fire.(manual indicates that this makes sense)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Got it working. The relay coil was firing, but the "flanges?" were not making contact to fire the upkicker. The upkicker seems weak and is not getting the ball all the way up to the main PF. Found another thread on this, looking now. Thanks for the advice!
