My up kicker from cellar to main playfield works fine but barely kicks hard enough. Once in awhile it works fine but most of the time kicks hard enough the first and maybe second time but falls back down. After the first two attempts it won't kick hard enough to get it out of the hole. I have tried repositioning everything with limited success any alterations that work good I have a new coil in it that's not the problem. Anybody do anything to get rid of this problem I appreciate the help

Thanks I will check all that out to see what size coil is in there I also read where some people put a pop bumper board in there and that helped solve the problem. I will also check the transistor to see if the output is correct thank you for the help
