Quoted from naf_llabnip:Since there were already issues with starting a game prior to replacing the main board, I was thinking this is possibly due to relay switch issues (Q / T / U) under the main playfield. I had very similar issues and cleaned mine with some cut up business card strips, and made sure that everything was contacting correctly. This was on a nicely rebuilt machine that already had been adjusted, but those old machines have gremlins pop up.
Here is an old thread that might help:

I made a new thread on this but heres where I'm at:
So I've been having issues with my haunted house. Game was fully restored professionally about 4-5 years ago. Consolidating other threads of mine about this into one. Thanks for the ideas so far.
Original issue:
Wouldn't start a game, so I replaced the MPU. Then game would start but left flippers (on any PF) and no solenoids worked. Replaced driver board. Now game will coin up, start and seems everything works except for upper and lower LEFT flipper wont work. Main PF flippers all work. Cleaned contact points on the left cabinet flipper buttons.
Checked the fuses, all good EXCEPT for the ones at the QTU relays under the cab.
Current status:
Looking at the relays at QTU they seem wired up (nothing has gotten loose etc). Cleaned a few of the Q contacts (dont want to remove the whole block to clean all contacts unless thats likely the issue) but nothing changed.
Any ideas as to why ONLY the left upper PF and lower PF flippers dont work and are blowing a fuse at QTU?
Thanks
