Hello. On start up my Haunted house is blowing fuse f5 (regular 7.5A) the lightening on the backboard isn’t working, nor are the attract lights on the playboard. The pop bumper lights and lights under the plastics are working as normal. I have not done the ground mods, but have replaced the orange capacitor. Should I start with the ground mods? Any other places to look?

F5 fuse is for the controlled lights. There could be a bulb shorting out or a bad bulb socket shorting out.
You'll have to check both, one by one. No matter how you do it, it's a time consuming process.
And yes eventually you should do the ground mods.

Just to follow up on this issue i had a bad rectifier. I replaced it with the proper part and all is back to normal.
