I just picked up a Haunted House last weekend and I'd love to join the forum! I have one problem; when the ball is in the cellar, the main floor right flipper works along with either cellar flipper. The left main floor flipper doesn't. Any ideas?

Yes, it was the U relay. Two solder tabs were bent together (touching) on the relay switches. Thanks!
Quoted from Colsond3:Long shot, but anybody have a spare plastic for the lower playfield on the left? Mine has two chips out on the drop bank edge.

That seems like the hardest one to find....
Quoted from fatality83:Can anyone explain the monster bonus to me? I see some targets seems to add to it while others don't? The bonus is added to your score at end of ball.
Monster Bonus is points for the "attic" or "cellar" scoring. When the ball is in the cellar, points add up quicker and almost everything scores after you complete a drop target bank and number "2" lights up in the cellar.
Quoted from Spacemanratso09:So I have the opportunity to buy a HH which would be amazing
Cab is fan freaking tastic I mean it’s real nice
Plays 100%
Barely any window wear
I’ve noticed there are a couple wear spots by the flippers on the lower level
The other playfields look great
Also, noticed the secret passage plastic is not there
Price is around 2k
Aould these couple issues stop me from buying
I’m really picky and would want to repair the issues seems like the plastic is not attainable
Thanks
The Secret Passage plastic is available from "Ministry of Pinball" in the Netherlands (got mine from there recently). Takes about 3 weeks to get it.

The Secret Passage plastic is available from "Ministry of Pinball" in the Netherlands (got mine a few weeks ago), takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Also, Marco Pinball has a clear plastic guard that goes under it to keep it from breaking. Haven't had an issue with it since.
Quoted from vipe155:Has anyone matched the green display cover color to a theatre gel filter number? I need it for Mars God of War, and maybe Haunted House.
I don't have any supply stores for that kind of stuff nearby to check them out, so I'm not sure what a good match would be. Looking at Rosco or Lee brand filters.
You can get green covers on Ebay. ebay.com link: itm

Just to let everyone know....... Ministry of Pinball has the "Secret Passage" plastic back in stock. Got mine from there a few months ago.
Quoted from MT45:Thanks, just ordered one. I repaired mine when I did my triple PF swap but nice to have a new one!
Also, Marco has a protector for this plastic. Got one of those also! https://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/CA-PS-HH-SP
Quoted from pinballplusMN:Hope all is well! I did the pop bumper mod for the VUK. Works great. Only issue is I get phantom kicks occasionally when flippers are used. gets a little annoying. Not a switch issue but seems like interference some place. Ive tried a different pop bumper board. Works perfect otherwise . Just dont want to send out like this. I did notice that some HH have a capacitor across the VUK coil. Mine does not. Thanks! JR
On the solder side of the Pop Bumper Driver board, install a 4.7mfd 10v capacitor. Solder the minus (-) leg of the cap to pin 4 of the molex connector pin (the "input" line). Solder the positive (+) leg of the cap to pin 5 (the +5 volt line). This is a very important step! Without this filter cap, the input line running from the CPU to this new Pop Bumper Driver board can pick up noise. Every time the flippers are pressed, the upkicker can fire without this cap.
Quoted from MydknyteStyrm:Just discovered a short causing my earlier issue with the f4 fuse. The bottom left main pop blew out f11. Replaced it and it blew immediately on startup. The pop bumper boards are new from Rottendog and haven’t had an issue for weeks. The coil feels warm. It was a slow fire as well, the bumper didn’t retract immediately. Diode issue or coil issue?
Could be a magnetized coil stop. They like to do that on Black Hole and Haunted House.
Quoted from pjtait:Could someone look at the coil type on their upper left main playfield pop bumper? The schematic diagram says all should be A-1496, but on my HH, there's an A-5194 at that position.
The kicking target on the main playfield (tucked under the upper playfield) has an A-1496 rather than an A-5194 (per schematic) so I wonder if they got swapped somewhere along the way...
A-1496 is the recommended coil, but you can (and I do) use an A-4893 for extra pop. Either coil are the proper coils according to any Gottlieb manual.
