Would you get a known pinball artist who isn't working for a pinball company to do the artwork
Lin - will your updated processor support the other two pin2000 games so we can swap the new processor in and use yours as a kit along with our other pin2000 games?

working on a new title to the best of my knowledge (I believe it's a re-envision of the pinball circus based on subtle hints from talking with him at MPE and PatZ this year)

sounds like it will be coming to fruition in some form in the next few years...
This is really exciting. If a kit becomes available, I would be interested in adding it to my lineup.
Thanks for your hard work and dedication.

I've been doing some metal work this past week... Here's the right orbit rail being cut.
I have 4 more guides to cut. I'm not the fastest metal worker around, but hopefully they'll be done in a week or two.
Also, here's a little video showing that the ball is "safe" on the right guide. (I know someone(s) expressed concern about it.)
This month there will be, yes. Every month (give or take) I'm going to try to post a little something about it.
Looks terrific ... Would like to see drop targets on the first level instead of the standups (or maybe have the middle one be a drop target)
My RFM isn't going anywhere and I'd love a kit for this.
+1 to the comment of having the new CPU handle the code for RFM and SWE1 too - be great to have some sort of start up sequence so you could tell the computer what playfield was installed and the right code would boot.
Very cool in for updates I remeber you, you were or are working on that Nightmare Before Chritmas custom pinball machine. Let me know if you'd like any hand drawn type artwork ever pm me I can show some stuff I want to get into it somehow and wouldn't even ask for a cut of money.
Here's a small update video. Don't expect another vid until sometime in December when much more progress has been made.
Hope this will turn into a kit. Too bad Unity is such a challenge (license fees and learning) as it would be so cool to have a platform for programming P2K games that was perhaps friendlier to non-programmers (hey, I can wish right?). I'm hoping to get an RFM and would love to be able to swap out PFs/games on it. The platform had so much promise.
Absolutely flippin' awesome John!!
Me want!

It is amazing to see all the innovation that is going on it pinball right now.
Simply stunning work, even at this early stage.
I will likely rebuy a pin 2k when you are complete with this. Looking great will check back in December for updates.
Quoted from spanks_4:Any shots or thoughts on how the lower PF will be?
The shots will be tight but fun. There will be features/multiballs that only take place on the bottom or top playfields, and other features/multiballs that take place on both playfields. I can't release much more information then that right now since I'm still writing and tweaking the features doc.
Actually I can say this- upper table features will mostly start via a lower table "mode start" shot.
I've just recently begun to appreciate the pin2k series and I am looking very forward to this project.
