I've been ordering parts from PBResource for several years and have always found the customer service to be second to none. The times I've talked to Steve, I've found him incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and has a wide variety of parts I can use at very reasonable prices.

I usually take my time and put together a large order, but one of my recently acquired games Flash Gordon was breaking it's brittle drop targets like pretzel sticks and I was all out of spares so I put together a small order last week including those so I could get them on their way.

I tried placing an internet order last Monday late night but got the message they were done with internet orders until after the holiday and they would be closed for the entire four day weekend. So I called Steve Tuesday morning which was midday by then there and he picked the phone up right away and took my order. We talked for a couple minutes but I knew he was busy so I let him go.

I didn't expect to get the parts right away but was happy I had them coming. So Friday, day after Thanksgiving I'm out mowing the lawn and to my surprise the box was sitting on my doorstep which was way cool because I had guests coming over the weekend and that meant Flash Gordon would be up and running by then.

I can't say enough about what Steve and PBresource means to us in this hobby but I am thankful they are doing it. And have been for a long time. But before I got busy installing those drop targets I knew there was one thing more important left to do.

I guess I should say hats off to the US postal service too. For actually putting it on my doorstep instead of a neighbors two blocks away. On a long holiday weekend to boot!
