This is the first I'm realizing about differences in the PinsideMail system. I've been trying to sell some stuff and to me, PinsideMail is the WORST! I can't flag anything, mark anything unread, categorize anything, attach anything, etc. It's a nightmare trying to keep track of multiple conversations.
It appears from this thread you can attach things if you upgrade. Any other usability benefits to the mail system?
