    I have always used Bidspotter for any item that I REALLY wanted but didn't want to have my bid out there in advance.

    Ebay outbid notices usually come way too late for me to do anything about raising my bid.

    Like the Auctioneers always say: " If you want it, bid now, and bid high!"
