Hello all, so I had just decided to replace the MPU board that i was having an issue with that i posted a couple weeks ago. It was just delivered and i installed the new MPU board.
The game powers up now and seems to be working great now....all except the flippers. They are not working at all. Im sorry to bother with something that is probably easy to know how to fix but im very new to pinball

Possibly the fuse underneath the playfield, hidden amongst the actual flipper and slingshot wiring. Make sure to replace with the correct fuse!
It should be a 1 amp slow blow 250v.
A similar playfield view attached. You should be able to see it just by opening the coin door. Look for double brown wires on one side of the fuse holder and double yellow on the other side.
Use a flashlight and keep the machine off during the entire process!
That fuse is for all the solenoids under the pf except for the flippers. Do the solenoid test and see if you hear the flipper relay click on and off.
ok so i did change out that fuse and still no luck
the fuse was the correct one a 1amp slow blow 250v
but the one i took out looked different than the one i put in even though they were labeled the same
Check connector J1 on your solenoid driver board. If the connector is ok, your pins in the header might need to be re-flowed. The solder joints can be bad on the back side of the board. Look at positions 8 and 9 on J1 they are likely the reason your flippers are not working.
Here is a picture of the back of a solenoid driver board that needs the pins reflowed at position 8 and 9 of J1. The vertical row of 9 solder joints is the backside of the J1 header. Zoom in close to the bottom two solder joints (these are positions 8 and 9) notice the cracked solder joints around the pins. The cracked joints will cause flippers not to work. If your solder joints are cracked re-flowing these pins should make your flippers work.
