It doesn't play harlem globetrotters tune . The dip switches are in the right position. Can someone guide me in the right direction.

Does it play any sounds?

Check voltages on sound board, redo capacitors, measure test points with logic probe....
Turned out to be a fairly frequent issue with one of the chips (U11) going south.

Report back with results/questions. Lots of helpful peeps here.

Try putting dip switches 29 and 30 "on".
