I just watch the videos. Cool stuff!
I had one question. In the third video (5:20 mark) you mentioned sanding if you can see wood. Can you elaborate on that? Are you talking about sanding the wood with a really fine grit so that it looks nice or sanding the overlay in some fashion? I'm just not following what needs to be done.

As far as I know its just polycarbonate, similar to existing playfield protectors. So, you should be able to buff it with your favorite polish (novus is popular) and wax as normal.

In these two pictures you can see that part of the playfield has no artwork. In those areas the hardtop sits over and is clear. If the original area is dirty/ball tracked, the will show through when the Hardtop is applied.
