Well it's just about here anyways. Is anyone else's head about to spin off? Thanksgiving is so much easier when you aren't hosting it.

Made it through without my head spinning off. Think I might have to stop doing a low country boil. Screw up the shrimp and you end up eating rubber, but that's when all the relatives want to tell a long winded story or invade the kitchen. It just never fails.

2 thumbs up for this prepared Turkey breast from Costco. Followed the directions and used a thermometer. It came out great. Very flavorful. Saved me a lot of time.

Goat Cheese + Cinammon + Cranberries. Sounds disgusting right? This was great on a cracker.

And this was just the warm up . Get to do it again for Christmas.
