We got absolutely no trick-or-treaters at our house tonight. Lousy weather and the city actually "calling off" Halloween until tomorrow...

The weather actually broke just in time. My son and I had a great idea to crack the garage door and scare people as they approach the house. It worked great. We had a decent turnout considering the weather. Did not get to decorate outside like normal but, still did pretty good. Here is some pics from this year and last.

Halloween135.JPGNice pics. Our town called off Halloween until tomorrow. Rained a lot and were calling for bad T storms.
So tomorrow will be busy decorating outside. Supposed to be real nice but doesn't feel right! A nice heavy thunderstorm just adds to the ambiance of Halloween. Got to make those kids do a little work for their candy! Traverse the danger, run the gauntlet, and ring the bell.
Here are a few from tonight. Tons of work but the kids love it.
46 extension cords.
approx 6,000 lights.
3 fog machines.
$200 worth of candy as I just never know how many to expect. Have tons of candy left this year as it rained.
5 days to set up for a few hours enjoyment then two to put it all in the basement.

Coaster you are the man! Nice to see that pinball isn't the only thing you pull out all the stops on 
I've been trying to find either last years or year before Halloween thread.. Who here does the Xmas lightshow thing with "This is Halloweeen" song? I remember it was bitching and I can't find it on YouTube (there are other ones on you tube but not as good)
