mrm_4 How did you get the metal piece in this picture off the playfield without damaging it? I was just about to drill out the rivets on mine, but I saw yours in your ultrasonic cleaner intact. Thanks for any advice you can give. Your work is amazing.
SM Rail (resized).jpgQuoted from mrm_4:That piece was a pain! Basically from the bottom side I used a punch and hammered out the bolts little by little until I was able to pop it out. Once it was out I drilled the holes slightly wider in diameter so I can pop it back later with out so much tension.
Thank you. I was afraid to use a punch, thinking it would tear up the playfield. Seeing you were successful, I'll give it a go.
