SVP PS-4400 Portable handheld scanner w/LCD. It has good reviews on Amazon but I haven't personally used it. If you have, give your $0.02.

I have this scanner, well the model before this one. Difference is it doesn't have a display and 600dpi. Works well on most surfaces. however, some shiny surfaces you get rainbow banding. Its great for artists that plan on re-drawing artwork. But not for someone that really wants to use the scan as is. However, it is very handy. Used it on TSPP and up next Bad Cats.
I was thinking of buying this to make scans of inserts. Any experiences on it working okay for that?
