Halloween is coming up...what Halloween pinball character would you dress up as? If you've been there, or done that post up some pictures. I was thinking the dude on embryon.

That would be a cool event for a fall pinball show. Costume contest limited to characters appearing on pins.

I've never done it. Cool idea though.

I'm going to dress up as Elvira

    #4 2 years ago

Gorgar, Rudy from Funhouse, or the EBD Cowboy would be kinda cool. Sorcerer and Dr. Dude too, but a bit more complicated.

    #5 2 years ago

Red and Ted would be good for a couple.
Easy to do and easy to identify. Names on the hardhats, Road Busters t-shirts, jeans, basically done.

    That would be pretty fun.

We have had a themed Halloween party with our Cincy Pinball group for a few years...and The Pinball Expo in Chicago used to have a dress up like your favorite pin contest for the banquet...
I think this was 2013 Cincy group party...Pirates was the theme...

I remember seeing an excellent Dr. Dude costume posted around here somewhere. I'll try to find it.

Every year you have a huge Halloween pinball party here in Az. These were our last 2 years costumes.

How about a Gary Stern costume

    #14 2 years ago

How about dressing up as an actual pinball machine? Could probably make one out of cardboard.

There was a person at SFGE this June dressed up as an arcade game, it was pretty cool. They would randomly stand still in the lineup of games.

That's not just any arcade game. That's from Kung Fury. If you've never heard of it, look it up on Youtube and spend the next 31 minutes thinking "What the heck am I watching, and should I be on drugs for this to make sense?"

(SNL Stefon style...) This movie has everything. Kung Fu, 1985 style "special effects," Hitler, dinosaurs, old ripped Thor, evil arcade machines, time travel, and Hasselhoff.

Go as a JPop, pockets bulging with cash and give everyone the finger

If you have a bdk make sure BatDog shows up. This was at the end of the night. My dog Diesel was flat out tired of the costume.

Make sure you also have rolls of revisioned artwork playfield layouts under your arm. Oh! and a rolled up rug under the other one to put under your pinball machine because that makes people like it more, not because it's a joke about the movie.
