Quoted from lpeters82:It's super frustrating seeing these things because we really do play through every single mode on every single game...at minimum. We check all of the typical ball traps including the house exit. I'm going to make a point to set them a little further apart since they seem to be swelling up. After play testing they go to our cleaners, who vacuum and polish them up before shipping. We will talk with them about triple checking around the speaker magnets.
Addressing some of the issues posted: I did see a flipper roll pin come lose in a picture above. I've seen that on a few games. I'd squeeze it back in, but if it happens again we'll send out a new arm. The roll pin may just be defective. Someone mentioned the lifters sticking up. My first thought is that it's getting caught on the sling rubber. Probably just some extra slack on the back side. A little tug to move that slack will probably do the trick, but you can also recenter the lifter if it's moves over towards the center. Someone mentioned the upper flipper not working. The first thing to check is the test menu. If it's working in the menu, but not in gameplay make sure you actually have house qualified. The flippers only work when you are on that level. Outside of that I'd check your flipper button. Has the metal switch shifted? You can also check that in the switch menu.
More then anything know we're here to help. There is a service number right inside every game. Emails also work well. 90% of the calls we get are super simple items that just shifted slightly in shipping, but if it's something more complex we'll figure it out for you.
Much respect to Spooky that you address negative forum posts
