Anyone having issues with the spring staying attached at the top left upper playfied drop into the ramp? My buddy has tried twisting the loop tighter and it keeps coming open.

Quoted from lpeters82:

Is it coming off of the top or bottom? If it's the top then it's just a matter of tightening the spring itself. If it's slipping off the bottom it could either be the spring or the loop on the metal rod. Either way it's just a matter of pinching the gaps.

The top, I will take a closer look this weekend when I am onsite. I told him to do the same thing but he is new to the hobby and afraid to do much. Thanks for the quick reply!!

Hey all qq for Spooky updates. Can you backup settings and scores before updating? My buddy is not good with this stuff and he is asking me to get him up to the latest but doesn't wanna lose his scores.
