Thanks a lot for your reply. Much appreciated. Would you think better to just leave it alone until then? I was debating whether I should just let it be or set it up and see if it's functional

Probably wouldn't hurt to open it up to further assess the damage, but it looks like several screw holes have been stripped out, and you've got a nice crack in the corner of the bottom body panel, which may be reason enough to get a new machine. But again, ultimately you'll have to discuss with Squirrel.

I had just posted to vent after a bummer box opening experience and definitely wasn't expecting any kind of reply from someone at Spooky.
Does anyone has a rubber size / count list for Halloween yet? By playfield elevation would be awesome. I want to change up the rubber color. I was thinking orange for the main level, grey for level two and clear or black for level three. Titan is having 20% off for Black Friday which is always a good time to pull the trigger.

I am suprised at the artwork averaging 8.3, unless people knocked it down for the multiba.

Thanks! Problem is that it blocks shots for modes, would be impossible to finish certain modes if you don't know what to aim for. Would be alot of blind faith aim going on behind the sheets, and crazy balls flying out of nowhere lol. The ground would definitely need to be see through or half the width shown, and have shorter length sheets. or incorporate lights on the path hooked to the GI to identify shots.

The code update will be coming out at the same time for both HWN and UM. They will also be going out as 1.04. Very soon! Maybe even this weekend 
I am absolutely loving this game. But so many bugs it’s taking away a lot of the enjoyment for me. Latest one is sometimes pumpkin modes start on their own without even hitting the scoop. Praying they get squashed in the next few updates.
Knife is about 18 inches long from the back handle to the blade tip
Also noticing I’m somehow entering the blood shop as I have a multiball going.
Last night my wife and I went to Reboot Dunedin (near Clearwater FL) and was surprised to find they had a brand new Halloween! We played a bunch of games and I came away thinking the pin was super fun and has a lot of potential! But I really hope Spooky adds staging at the lifters, I think that would improve the flow and speed of the game.
I played first time yesterday and totally agree. Had several long waits for the ball. Shoots nice but still buggy to the point it made it confusing to play. It felt more incomplete than I thought it would. Amazing artwork and sound enjoyed the clips. Kind of wish I had waited longer to play it.

It is hard to get an accurate measurement, but I am seeing 32 5/8 x 30 1/2 ?
