Pictures show my friends AF power board damaged by someone that I am guessing did not have a Hakko FR 300. I did the BR2 C5 thing with a Hakko FR300 shown on the BR above the hack. First picture shows before, then after deslodering pics top and bottom. The bigger tip is necessary for big components, I have a 1mm and a 1.6mm. Still takes some patience and caution to pull these bigger components but I removed them without pulling any of the board or through hole tracing using the 300. Small transistors etc are a breeze. Awesome tool.

I believe they have to do it this way due to agreements with Hakko not to advertise below a set price.
pm from the vendor indicates that they are currently 'out of stock'. however, in a few weeks the offer should be available again with details
