#242 here in Texas. Any other TX members to the Mermaid club?
Not a Texas member of the Mermaid club "Gotfrogs" but I am a Massachusetts Mermaid got game #70 that will be residing in Massachusetts. AAAHHHH YESSSSS!!!❤
Quoted from Stuieb84:Have haggis streamed the new code and features yet?
Not yet. Patiently waiting.
You may have to wait a little while longer, Melbourne is in COVID shut down. Extended for another week, today. Why is the whole city shut down? Because of 6 new cases of the virus.

Congrats! I’m also another Massachusetts Mermaid buyer/owner! #99 baby!!!

Wow!
Quoted from Gotfrogs:It looks like now would be a good time for us US buyers to pay off our games.[quoted image]
I like saving money...but I would also like to see more progress before I send payment in full.
Don’t fool yourself most of their hardware cost must have skyrocketed so It wouldn’t be surprising if they have to hike the final price. Would love to have news on the v2 software development

Great for you guys, annoying as sh$t for us with new Stern release coming soon and potentially make it more expensive again (if our dist hasn't locked exchange rates prior)
Just listened to the latest edition of Final Round podcast…sounds like it’s coming soon, so congratulations to all who have one on the way! Cheers!
I think I already know the answer but I’m going to ask the question anyway…is the Mermaid the only way to get the lcd screen in the apron and the 2.0 game/rules?

Yes it’s the only way.

Yep, otherwise there wouldn't be much difference between the 2 versions. But I'm sure someone will sell their ME at some point, so you'll have a chance at one someday.
Quoted from c818919taylor:Are the (Haggis) classic series titles Centaur, Medusa, Flash Gordon & Paragon?
Unless I missed an announcement, no one knows the next ones to come off the line? Did I miss an announcement?
Quoted from c818919taylor:Are the (Haggis) classic series titles Centaur, Medusa, Flash Gordon & Paragon?
As stated already, only the Haggis guys would know. But I’ve been wanting to have this conversation for a while and would be interested in others thoughts
My bets would be on the following in this order based on likeness of parts between the models
1. Fathom
2. Centaur
3. Eight Ball Deluxe
4. Medusa
5. Elektra
Number 5 is the one that I think is the hardest to guess.
While I know nothing at all about licensing I feel that Flash Gordon would still have some type of additional license costs associated with it, being PPS and whoever owns the Flash Gordon License. Making it slightly more expensive to produce. And in my opinion if you were going to do a multilevel playfield remake Elektra is a better option
I’ve never really gotten in to EBD but it seems to have a cult following. If it was my choice I would replace EBD with fireball 2
Quoted from swinks:what about:
BMX - bit of a rare one and expensive down under
Skateball - also rare and cool game
Skateball is almost a certain for you Swinksy me ol M8

All great choices.
I know this is later but how about Atlantis? 1989.
That’s a terrific game.
