The only game I have on 5-ball play that wasn't shipped that way is my Laser Cue, because that game tends to the vicious side anyways and the whole game is built around building your bonus, so playing it on 5-ball makes it that much less frustrating and more fun.
Amusingly, it's my oldest game (Haunted House) and my newest (Black Knight 2000) that were shipped set to 5-ball play.
