So I've got this power supply out of a Secret Service and it looks to have a hack on it. The mpu had acid damage so I bought a new rottendog. Just want to avoid any damage to the new board before hooking it up. So my question is, is this some sort of hack like I think it is. And then if so, what is accomplished by crossing those legs over? Other than it being more lady like.

Awesome thanks to everyone for the advice. Looked odd and wanted to make sure I wasn't setting myself up for further failure.
