Replacing broken fuse holder on Capt. Fantastic and took this pix beforehand. Is this jumper a hack or factory and should I reinstall the jumper? The electrical system was working fine.

Looks correct from the schematic. They just jumper-ed the two 15amp fuses used for the lights.
