Received GNR LE 2 days ago. Only issue on setup was that the level was installed back to front. Played the heck out of it yesterday (had a day off work to do so at the bosses suggestion!).

Last night at about midnight, on the 3rd ball the flipper suddenly dropped and the balls drained and the game ended. When I restarted the game the ball trough VUK wasn't firing and neither were the left flipper, right flipper and middle right flipper... (The upper playfield flipper was still working).

I suspect that the plug may have come loose from the I/O board, (really hoping it's not a fuse)

Is taking the top monitor off tricky or pretty straight forward?

The ball is getting stuck on the right ramp between the ramp and the drum stick, against the gate. I've loosened the bolts on the gate and swung it out as much as I can and also bent the gate down a bit. A slow ramp shot still has a good chance of getting a ball stuck there (especially during a multi-ball).
Anyone else? Any tips?
