Interesting. Having tightened that screw a number of times, I'd favor a reproduction or custom LP label. Perhaps something holographic to reflect the light under Slash's hat.

Proceeded to work on a wobbly record for the 3rd time. Previously having tightened the screw, then Locktite. Now, teflon tape at the end of the shaft and a longer screw from 1/2" to 5/8". This holographic sticker was close enough to fit.

I don't know whether I like it more because it's cool, new and different or because it's truly better? I mean technically it is supposed to be a record album that you're spinning which would be on point with the design obviously, but I've seen vinyl records that look just like that so now is it a new special release heavy gram vinyl?
I think I could wrap my head around that one.
Are those available for purchase somewhere?
The sticker is temporary as-is and pushing for the producer to improve it. I intend to send the JJP originals for their review. They may have some ideas to improve this. This sample in use is holographic and cost $50US for a pair. I have some reflective samples too.

Interesting. Did they switch to plastic screws in late production? The early machines were most certainly metal. I eventually swapped the 1/2"-length screw for 3/4" to prevent loosening.
