This is why JJP direct sale and mix with distributors is not a good model. Either one or the other. Of course direct sale will give them more profit so why not back out of distributor allotment if you can sell direct. Again, do it all direct or none.

They did everything right on this launch, and now this is going to blow up in their face with a lot of angry customers. Good thing LE is just as good and save you $3k, IMO

Yes, you can go to JJP website and place an order for a machine, directly with them, then shipped out, with no distro attached to the deal. And to above comment, of course they pulled distort allotment to sell direct. Why else would they have pulled allotment?? To not sell the 500 CEs?

Oh I agree, but if the distros had a predetermined allotment then it's not on them. But I imagine they did not know the allotment and had their interested list blow up on them after reveal and couldn't help but to cash in those deposits. But again, we don't know if they had a prelaunch allotment already determined.

You totally missed the argument here. People are complaining about the fact they put down a deposit with distro saying they were in for a CE. And now told nop go away. Not same as missing out on the party, they were told to leave after 2 beers in.

And I'm going LE, so I have no skin in game for CE, just my observation on the situation. And yes, I haven't ordered yet, need to see this game actually play. Which I'm sure it will shoot good, but will it fit your individual style that you enjoy in pinball.

I imagine the POTC is JJP facility game...probably not set up from move from Jersey.

Even coma Outlane is a multi ball. Game looks fun, as a 5-6 home collection it’d fit in with some more brutal games. Just hop in GNR for some non-thinking fun

I think the biggest concern of the Multiball heaviness, should be based on the not being able to trap up and use more skill during multi balls. I understand the need for the rule, to prevent timing out, but I wish somehow it could be done to where more skilled play can be accomplished, rather then flipping away.

The 4 modes outside of songs would be fantastic if they were single ball modes, like in Jurassic Park with control room and T-rex modes. Then you can explore how well the game can flow...ramp/loop combos, keep left diverter closed.

Game looks great and look forward to playing it.
