Pinball mods has a remake on here for a fair price. Looks just like the original

Lower left of the CPU will have a horizontal row on transistors. They are labeled so finding which is Q46 should be easy.
Unfortunately, you are more than likely looking at a problem that with involve desoldering and resoldering, as Q46 probably went open
