Check the line for a strange voltage.
Anything higher than 5V.
Compare the voltage with other lines.
Then remove the connectors CN8 and CN10.
Check the voltage on the connector.
Check all switches if they aren't making contact to ground or solenoid voltage.
One small posibility is a broken resistor array RA6.
