Quoted from tilt-master:

I'll chime in with my most recent purchase a few months back. Shoots like a dream

Which model is that. Looks great.

Quoted from tilt-master:

S&W performance series, 5" SS .45 PC1911

Wow that's nice. I'm looking for a 1911 .45. Been eyeing the kimber raptor. Have you shot it yet?

Opinions please.

1911 long slide 10mm. Dan Wesson Bruin or Springfield armory TRP RMR. The SA comes with red dot sight from factory. Both are very close in price.

TIA.

Cabelas is a disaster. Their site is not up to date , you spend an hour looking through the site find what looks to be in stock then 2 days later get a on back order email.

What was in stock has taken weeks and is in some bullshit limbo with fedex.

Since the merger and gutting of bass pro and cabelas it has gone to shit. Shame.

Quoted from LargemouthAss:

The 365 is an amazing gun. The trigger is excellent for a striker fired gun. It holds 10 rounds or 12 with the extended mag. Much better firearm than the LC9.
That being said she should 100% try either before she buys. These are small guns and their recoil is substantial. If she intends on carrying the gun then she is limited to smaller guns but if she does not intend to carry she should consider full size pistols with less recoil.

I chose the P365sas. Great gun. I like the feel over the LC9. Just my vote.

Time for some social distancing at the local range.

I have become a total HK fanboy. Waiting for my Mark 23 to arrive. While ordering picked up a USC.

I need advice. The Wilson combat 1911’s look awesome. My local shop has a tactical carry in .45 and a ACP in .45 The tactical looks sweet. Any thoughts on either or is there a model you would lean towards. TIA. I have a 1911 in 10mm 6” barrel and a .45 in 3.5 so I want a 5” in .45.

Ok I ended up with a classic 1911 WC with some customization. Pics when it comes home.
