I went to a small gun show today and prices are bad. The cheapest 9mm ammo was $30! Exact same stuff was under $7 a couple months ago. Same 22wmr they have at Walmart for $11 was $25, same with 22lr. One aisle was a big vendors guns and another his optics. Couple small dealers and maybe 10 independent tables, beef jerky, new windows and two Trump merch dealers and that was it. Should have asked for my $9 back.

Was tempted and still thinking about going back tomorrow and picking up a Rossi RS22 for the wife. She is interested in learning but has never shot before and for $125 total might be a good starter.

I was looking at my receipts and on June 17 I got a brick of 22lr for $21. Wish I could find that now.

Cheaper than dirt has 9mm FMJ for $120 50 round box, limit of 1. Same stuff that was $12 a box 7 months ago. Gouging bastards.

I've seen bricks of 22 going for over $100 when they were under $20 not long ago. Didn't even bother to look how much CTD is asking, probably $200.

Glad I'm not in need because that is just stupid and anyone who pays that is stupid. Eventually it has to settle down. Right?

I won't pay those prices.

I guess I need to get back into archery. Used to have a lot of fun with it when I was younger. Be something new for the wife too.

Any recommendations on a good clay launcher? It won't get used a whole lot but I would like something decent. Cheap is fine too if it does a good job.

Quoted from Fulltilt:

DANG, congrats whoever it was. Not me though! (:

I almost posted that whoever it was I'm sure it wasn't Fulltilt.
