Look at the schematic. In the lower left you’ll see the score motor diagram. On the impulse cam, you’ll see a switch labelled PULSES SCORE RESET RELAY. Make sure that switch is closing as the score motor turns. Then make sure that relay is actually energizing. That is what resets the score reels.

The circuit also passes through a normally open switch on the reset relay so check it as well.
