Well GCPC just wishing everyone a happy thanksgiving a little early. We are officially starting preparations now for tomorrow’s feast and I spent a little time today cleaning up the game room for the family to enjoy sad to say Pinball’s will hardly be played unless I get out there but pool table is usually none stop. Old EM Shuffle Bowler in the garage should see a lot of action seems to be popular from young to old. Hope everyone has a little time to get a few games in.

As of now there are not any more upcoming pinball tournaments or leagues events scheduled anytime from now till Dec 31, 2018.
Thus, the LA standings likely will not change very much from now til early Jan.
However, for the IFPA Louisiana State Pinball Championship for 2018-2019, a few players outside the top 16 may get to play in it due to some players currently in the top 16 may not be able to compete on Jan 19, 2019, due to: work/family commitments, sickness/health issues, have moved away, or have qualified in the top 16 in another state and plan to play in that other state championship.

Man I wish I could make this one, had planed to but work has changed those planes we are going to try to get a 5 week project done in three weeks. Trying to knock it out pre Christmas. So no tourney for me and worst then that no pinball for 3 weeks unless I can find some near to where we are working.

Well, tomorrow GB makes the journey back home. Benjamin and I got it loaded up tonight since Wendell and I are taking off early in the morning tomorrow to see Nevus.
I’m a big believer in packing up games thoroughly. Can you spot all the different items being used here (in addition to the two packing blankets) to help secure the game in its position and make sure it is safe and doesn’t bang the dolly on the drive?

Yea, but I ordered an LE. I won't get it until Jan even though I was once if the first 12 that put down a deposit at my distributor. Matching number machines made first and a temporary parts shortage slowed initial production.

What a great day of pinball! We had an awesome turnout and a lot of fun. Thank you so much for those who could make it and I hope the other can make it next time. Thanks to Mike for being the tournament director for our first tournament and Chris for all the help with score keeping and Cody and Josh for helping keep the machines running smoothly. All and all, I think it went pretty smoothly with minimal issues. We had a lot of first timers to the tournament scene and that was great. I'm already looking forward to the state championship next month.
