Any interest in doing a group buy on IFPA SCS pinball t-shirts?
If so, just send me a Pinside Msg listing how many and what sizes.
Then I will get back with those that are interested.
Looks like white is the only shirt color for the IFPA SCS style shirts.
Price per shirt goes down as the qty purchased increases.
$15 for (1), and approx. $12 ea for (18) for example.
I assume we coul;d get them all shipped in 1 box to 1 address to reduce shipping cost, then split shipping cost.

So, the Lake Charles Spring League is really taking off. We had 16 people show up at my office today to get their scores in. I must say, I’m blown away by the number of people that are coming every Tuesday for league.
PavBall, Jodester, and I have decided to bring a sixth game to the office for the league. When we get DW back (trying to work it out to bring WH2O back on Sunday to the Mafia and pick up DW then) it will go to the office...which will leave my home collection rather depleted till Maiden and TNA arrive.

Yes, they are backed up a bit it seems. Also, I sent the payment in via check in the ma instead of online through a credit card and this also has caused a delay. Hopefully the results post by Friday.

What are everyone’s Pinball plans this weekend? I’m heading to the Mafia’s on Sunday and swapping back WH2O for DW. Then we will set up DW at the office later that day for the league.
I’m going to have three empty slots at my casa, two of them are being claimed by TNA and Iron Maiden, what game will fill the third empty slot?

Jodester got it playing extremely well too. That game is really dependent on having lively pops and good spinner action. Also, I’ve never seen an early 80’s game where understanding the rules was as important as Catacomb.
It’s fantastic and I’m loving classic Sterns more and more each year.

As of this past weekend the check had still not been deposited, perhaps it got tied up with tax return checks or just lost. I’m in touch with the ifpa, if the check doesn’t arrive by the end of this week I will pay it online and if the check arrives later just take a credit. It is four events they have for me (one league, two mains, and a side).
It is looking like Saturday, June 23rd for Romp in the Swamp V.
Will get with Jodester, Pinball-is-great, and PavBall on the events and let you guys know. Will reach out to Sean and see if he can do the main meat dish.

Pin-Golf trophy for upcoming Shoot Again Shootout pinball tournament in Beaumont, Tx on Sun Apr 29th.
Another custom made trophy by Zukboy.
This trophy is actually functional, sort of a mini putt-putt golf hole.
You can use the golf club to hit the pinball off the tee, bounce off the bumpers, and try to get the pinball around the corner into the jackpot hole.

I know a lot of our regulars are busy tomorrow, so we will have to have fun without you.
But we do have a few new faces from the Beaumont area who just got into Pinball recently who will be attending.
Always nice to get some new people into the hobby.
We will of course be serving my dads now famous Chicken and Sausage Gumbo as well so come hungry.

Oh crap!!!!!!!! I woke up this morning to my wife asking me what the hell I put on our credit card from Colorado. Her exact words were something along the lines of "this better be some weed and not another pinball machine!" Oooooops!

I thought I would post a few pics of my gameroom building project. It seems like it has taken forever to get to this point because of one thing or another (Why are building projects such a headache?) It will probably be slow, but hopefully steady, for the rest of it because I am trying to do as much of it myself as I can. I hope to start having some Mississippi tournaments and maybe even a league when it is finished.
