I hit it pretty heavy with cleaner last night.
It’s a fun game. Shots aren’t too hard. Henry was having some long ball times. I’m lookin forward to getting the bad voice overs off and the new Cleland code on it.
They lifted scenes directly from the movie and then dubbed in really bad voice over. The Cleland package just drops the original audio back in.
Quoted from Jodester:So, it looks like I am in on ACNC. I liked the game shots a lot and decided it should be my first Spooky game.
Congrats Jody! That’s going to be an awesome game for sure.
Got my first payment invoice for TNA today. Woot!
I installed Cleland’s sound package for GOTG today. It really makes the game more enjoyable. Lots of great music and movie callouts!
Quoted from TigerLaw:Congrats on the sale! Where is it going?
I'm not sure of the ultimate destination. I'm selling to a trader who deals in some of the less common titles etc.
Our new favorite game!
I am really glad I gave this one a chance. The Cleland code is awesome to the point it reminds me of Mustang with the music upgrades. All of the hits from the movies are in the game plus original call outs from the films. A new code update was shown at TPF should be released soon.
New balls, clear Titan rings, a shaker motor and some additional plastic protectors on the way now. Mirror blades going in as well.
Quoted from TigerLaw:Remember to squeeze as many cars into my driveway in two rows as possible gang. Thanks.
Greetings from Carbondale, IL. Sry I have to miss the tourney. Henry was also bummed that we couldn’t make it.
Quoted from TigerLaw:...which will leave my home collection rather depleted till Maiden and TNA arrive.
Maiden?
Sweet!
Coming soon?
Quoted from TigerLaw:It is looking like Saturday, June 23rd for Romp in the Swamp V.
Will get with Jodester, Pinball-is-great, and PavBall on the events and let you guys know. Will reach out to Sean and see if he can do the main meat dish.
That will be awesome. I'm a definite maybe, but will do everything I can to make it. That's a busy weekend at the Nevus household.
Quoted from Speed:Oh crap!!!!!!!! I woke up this morning to my wife asking me what the hell I put on our credit card from Colorado. Her exact words were something along the lines of "this better be some weed and not another pinball machine!"
Perhaps one of the best quotes I’ve read on Pinside in a while!
Quoted from TigerLaw:Yes, the summer vacation trip photos are quickly becoming a tradition for this club. pavball and I will post some from Greece for sure.
By the way, Iron Madien premium arrived in Lake Charles yesterday. Total Nuclear Annhilation is now fully paid for and will be there before June 23rd.
Insanely jealous!
Love that Jody!
What code do you use?
I have Cleland PG but I’m going back to one I got from Asylum. It’s got Cleland R with John Wick music added.
Quoted from Mudflaps:T3 is done (minus the topper). Probably one of the toughest games I’ve ever shopped. Ramps and screws everywhere. Turned out nice, though.
Small credit here for putting another dent in the wall while helping move it up the stairs.
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:Hasn’t that become a tradition for a Mudflaps game move?
Yes. We have a system. I bring the Escalera (or it stays at his house and I just come over). We move the sale game down (dent one) and then we move the new game up a week or two later (dent two). Then, I run away like nothing happened. He fixes the wall after I’m gone!
Looking ahead to September for my Red River Replay Tournament and Party I have some tough schedule restrictions on tournament options due to family conflicts.
I usually prefer Saturdays. My only two totally free weekends are Sept 1 (Labor Day weekend) and Sept 8. Saturday 8/25 could work for me as well.
I’ll be happy to cook as usual. My goal as always is to have fun. I could do Sunday on Labor Day Weekend, but figure it’s often a weekend filled with family plans far in advance.
It would be great to know who could or would be interested in making it if we use those dates.
I’ll need to set the date soon for my Sept Tournament.
If I do Labor Day Weekend...
Could anyone give a preliminary Yes or No for that weekend?
Also I am flexible on the day but will pick Saturday or Sunday unless otherwise requested.
Thanks!
Quoted from scottslash:Looking like a yes on Labor Day Saturday nevus . I miss you guys!
Would be great to see you!
Quoted from Mudflaps:I invited some folks from work, so hopefully some new faces.
Red River Replay 4 will be Saturday Sept 1, 2018 at my home in Shreveport.
One main and one side tournament.
IFPA sanctioned event
Tournament details coming soon from Mike V. It will be posted on the Pinside Calendar, the IFPA calendar and the ArkLaTex Pinball Club Facebook page.
I will provide brisket on the smoker, some snacks, water and sodas. Any other food is pot luck and always appreciated.
BYOB
My main emphasis is fun! Please come and meet other players from our area and enjoy our hospitality. Beginners are welcome.

RRR3 Main (resized).jpgRRR3side (resized).jpgQuoted from action76:So sad I can't make Saturday because of another event I have to attend. I was planning on coming but this popped up. Hope y'all have a blast and maybe I can make the next one. Hopefully, I'll have my gameroom done soon and you all can come my way.
Looking forward to the trip to your gameroom.

Labnip I would enjoy going for lunch or opening up the gameroom when you pass through Shreveport. If you have time, please PM etc.
I’ve got Deadpool fever. I’ll be listing a game this weekend, probably GOTG. We’ll see where it goes.
Please disregard my previous grandstanding about no more nib etc.
I still have the Deadpool fever. Pro for me though if I buy. I still have TNA on order and that money is under lock and key.
Deadpool will require a mandatory sell. To be fair I should really sell about 3 games. I'm getting too many again.
I'm excited about High Speed coming in for the tournament. It could be a fun companion to Banzai Run.
It would be great to meet him. If I can come, I’ll bring Henry. If he makes mine, he will be most welcome tourney or not.
Quoted from TigerLaw:Congratulations to jodester First new moderator for Pinside in three years. Great news for the website.
There goes the neighborhood.
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:I'll try to not be a problem Pinsider and to not put Jodester in a position to have to eject me from a thread or give me a 30-day ban from Pinside,
...unless he needs some moderator practice, sorta like a pre-season game.
Agree. I'll go first.
Jodester Sucks!
She will be at my tournament autographing Popsicle sticks for free.
If you want her to eat the Popsicle first, its $100.
I won't be able to make the Arcade open house this weekend. Henry and I are heading to DFW for a Deadpool open house in Mesquite.
I regret the conflict, but I've got a case of Deadpool fever and I really want to see it.
I got a call and sold GOTG about 1 minute after hitting submit on the sale post. A second offer came in while I was on the phone. I wish all games sold this easy.
I’m going to look at Deadpool this Saturday!
BOOM!!!
Deadpool in the Gameroom.
It’s a super fun game. The code is very early, but I can see where this will be improving regularly.
Art and colors are great.
Lighting is well done.
Gameplay is fun!
Music is mixed genre and all original. I mostly hear Dubstep and Rock in the early version with some kind of folk song in the credits after.
Deadpool call outs are funny.
Overall, I’m quite happy!
I’m not normally an early adopter. This game just got my attention and I had one to sell and fund the purchase. Great timing. It will be great to have it at the Tournament for everyone to enjoy.

Addendum.
After a few more games, there is more music that varies. Some country with funny lyrics and a dew other styles. The end sequence music seems to be a bit random also.
Quoted from PavBall:That is good news for everyone!! Congratulations Jodester!!
We are looking very much forward to hosting the league finals tomorrow. The Walking Dead, Sorcerer, Quicksilver, and The Adams Family will decide the season.
You will be missed on Saturday!
Sadly, I can’t make the Houston show. It’s my wife’s 25th college reunion in Memphis, TN. In order to continue being married, I am required to attend with her.
I’m planning to make a few extra local events this year to make up for it.
Anyone here interested in my Tempest or Centipede. I’m looking to make some space in the game room.
$600 each or both for $999
It’s tomecto make some room for a few pins.
Reminder
Tournament this weekend. Sat Sept 1st
Start time is 1:00 but the game room will be open by 11:00 for practice and socializing.
Trophies to be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as 1st place for the Pin golf.
I’m expecting a good time for all as usual.
.
Pin Golf adds a little variety to a tournament
I have enough games for it to be 9 holes
Each game has a goal. For example, score 100,000 on an EM or start a 3 ball multi ball on Aerosmith.
if you do that on
Ball 1 = one stroke
Ball 2 = two strokes
Ball 3 = three strokes
Ball 4 = four strokes
Ball 5 = five strokes
goal not achieved = total balls plus one
Lowest score on 9 holes total wins
or
Lowest four scores go to a playoff and lowest score wins
Great time for Henry and I. Thanks to everyone for contributing. Mike ran the tournament. Josh made custom trophies. Lots of swapping etc. James delivered my High Speed and hauled away the Tempest. The whole day was great Pinball fun.
Jody, sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you get de-breaded quickly.
Quoted from Mudflaps:I won’t be able to look at that game until I erase everyone’s initials. In fact, I think there is a glitch that may require me to re-update the code...
Resetting code now
3DC556E8-9E9A-49A7-A07D-0108C3EE37D2 (resized).jpegRRR5 will be in the Spring of 2019. I like the pattern of Spring and Fall that I’ve used. I’ll be happy to have the “Pavbal Rules the World” supplemental tournament whenever you want it!
The house Pin tech installed shaker motor, lighted flipper buttons and red Titan flipper rubbers today.
Also, I got a high score. Pics or it didn’t happen right? I got a pic!
36429DF7-3CA7-4525-92ED-8096DEEE6EEB (resized).jpeg56656D0A-46B1-481F-BACB-919C01339BA6 (resized).jpeg5E6B2152-17F9-414E-A04B-856A9344C1BB (resized).jpeg744B04A0-A042-49E9-841C-B8DA0F8EC58F (resized).jpegB0F5AA76-6505-42B0-8DF5-2D0969F46F3B (resized).jpegI’m really happy with it. It’s turned out to be a lot of fun.
Art, music, fallouts, layout/flow, ramps and toys, animations are all very well done. I can’t speak to depth of code other than to say it’s very early and I still can’t complete the mods so that not a big issue to me.
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:It’s not so much that I don’t have indoor plumbing in the house, we got that a few years ago! It’s more that I have a inside dog that doesn’t like anyone (other then my wife and I). I’ll talk to my wife and see what we can figure out.
Quoted from WavingWilly:I think the reactor 6 is the highest reactor the Lake Charles TNA has achieved. It was tigerlaw & xerico playing a 4 player co-op together.
Challenge accepted!
Quoted from Jodester:Katana shot was about 50% so I need to adjust some things.
I’ve been trying to do that for a while. Watching Henry reminds me that hand-eye coordination seems to be hard to adjust.
In for the Mudflaps tournament!
You will have to put the glass back on the games when you play in front of guests.
Hoping to see some of you at the Moncla tournament on 11/3. Henry and I are in and Mudflaps might come with us.
Quoted from EasternBloc:Was thinking about heading to Shreveport Nov 3 to check out the Pinball Freeplay at the LA State Museum. Any restaurants/bars in the area with good machines? I'm seeing a lot of laundromats with one machine on the PinMap, but those aren't the best for a decent lunch.
Only a few locations with more than one. There is a Local pizza place that has a few. Johnny’s on Hwy 1 north of town. No location with more than one or two.
Sorry I will miss you. I’d love to open up the game room and introduce you to a few pinball guys.
Perhaps another time.
I was really glad to make the Oil City open. I feel pretty fortunate that we have such a generous regional group of collectors and enthusiasts. When I began my pinball journey in 2010, I had DFW and Houston. In 2018, I have local friends to play with regularly and tournaments in Lake Charles, Shreveport, Southern Arkansas, Beaumont, and Jackson all in one year! Thanks to all of you for opening up your gamerooms and joining me in mine.
Quoted from TigerLaw:Booked the hotel room in Mississippi for the night before the tourney. It appears as though we will have five guys from the LC area coming in for the tourney (subject of course to change).
Let’s help our friends in Mississippi really kick off their IFPA program in style with a heavily attended event!
Henry and I are in. Mudflaps is riding on the roof.
ednagif (resized).pngQuoted from Mudflaps:You may have to get in line with Nevus on SW...
Notice the way Mudflaps is holding the game. He kept asking me where the “pleasure opening” was in the coin door. I told him this not like his “robot” at home.
Really good price on a Guardians with mods and topper in the NOLA area. I’m not familiar with the user.

You got a great deal. I had the Cleland code on mine and it made a huge difference if you are a fan of the GOTG soundtrack. Please feel free to reach out if I can offer any help. This is a fun game.
Chris
Quoted from Zukboy2002:Finally got MBR all set up this thing is awesome.
[quoted image]
Okay I’m ready for a trade...
Anyone bringing games to TPF this year?
I'd like to have Gulf Coast Next to ArkLaTex and maybe Mississippi if they want to bring a sign. Its nice to look out for each others games. If we ask early enough we could possibly be near Pinside.
I'll be bringing C37 and and maybe one other.
Tiger or Jodester can you make this a Key Post?
Quoted from TigerLaw:He could host a 16 player matchplay style tourney with those four machines. Need to move them into the game room.
Josh, I accept your invitation to come play your games!
When is the tourney?
Mark Gunter came to the house today. High Speed is heading to Arkansas to participate in the SCS.
I'm looking forward to this weekend. I'll be a spectator.
Quoted from TigerLaw:That is a smoking deal for a premium! speed , check it out.
Agree, a good deal. You won't loose money when you move it.
Quoted from Mudflaps:You guys can talk about your hernias.
https://view.yahoo.com/show/saturday-night-live/clip/4956012/fred-garvin-male-prostitute
4:50 "That's my rather elaborate network of trusses".
Quoted from Mudflaps:Sad to say we’ll be moving early this summer. Off to areas unknown...
Quoted from Mudflaps:I’ll likely be selling (or 2 for 1 swap) some of my games to lighten the load and keep the weight under limits.
Fine, Star Wars and Black Hole for High Speed.
Quoted from Mudflaps:We need to have some kind of massive, crazy blowout party before I split.
Wait. We’re all old. We’ll probably just wind up playing a few games and eating a veggie tray.
Mudflaps invitational. 1st IFPA tournament with the glass off!
Aaron came by yesterday and we worked on Aerosmith putting on the yellow Convolux protectors.
I was possibly emulating one of our Lake Charles friends method so I had coffee and attended to my washing machine delivery while Aaron did the work!
It looks great. The pictures don’t do it justice.
Later John B met us over at Aaron’s and we had fun playing his amazing collection!
A great day of Pinball.
1627C870-00F1-41E0-85D4-A8B5EDC31F1C (resized).jpegD56D1CF7-77A6-4163-9397-E9EC9DE4957E (resized).jpegFAB2E9EA-7684-4365-856B-F2278FFFD1FF (resized).jpeg695662E2-A8CC-411A-81D3-4778596537F0 (resized).jpeg175F6006-C8E9-4F38-82EB-3E9B840CED34 (resized).jpeg86AA0BFA-31E2-4F3C-A8FA-5D99A7272070 (resized).jpeg
I'm currently tempted between sell nothing and sit on my games for 2019 or sell several to buy something super nice and fancy. So I'll probably do neither and waste some money on an impulse buy at TPF.
I'm looking forward to playing Beatles, Munsters and Steve Ritchies next game!
I’d like to have Red River Replay in May this year. In 2018, I did May and Sept with good turnout.
Mudflaps will be leaving us around that time and this one will be the Mudflaps Invitational! I’m thinking of giving him glass off on one game of his choice
so he can play like he does at home.
It’s a really busy month for us.
May 4 out of town
May 11 is my son’s confirmation and 12 is Mother’s Day
May 18 is likely my only open date
May 25 Memorial Day is out, I’ll be on vacation.
We can talk more as it gets closer
I'm bringing C-37 to the show this year. I'm going to place it with Marcus's games in the BOS Pinball section.
Quoted from Mudflaps:Still have BH, but that will stay in LA after I’m in NJ.
Yes it will!
Who’s arriving Thursday?
Angus and I will be there
I’d like to get a group to go for dinner.
Friday can get busy quick and after the 2:00p Wild Pitch giant beers I sort of quit caring.
I want to hit Hard Eight one day for lunch or dinner.
https://hardeightbbq.com/locations/
Any other favorites?
Car trouble on the way home.
Old Blue rarely fails me. I’m a special guest of the town of Terrell tonight. The Waffle House is excellent btw.
Great seeing everyone this year.
C 37 ran like a champ. Not a single issue.

best (resized).jpegAnyone getting Black Knight SoR?
I’m definitely interested, but will play it first. Maybe I could get a demo for the Houston show...
I’m still Plus 1 for my Gameroom. I need one more sale, two would be better.
Anyone have Pinstsaduim lights?
At last years TPF, I wasn’t a fan as you could see them from the side and they would shine in your eyes. The new version has a small lip the covers the inside slightly. It’s a big improvement for me. I’m thinking of getting a set for Medieval Madness. It’s my darkest game by far.
Black Hole joins the line up next to fellow Gottlieb Centigrade 37!
Mudflaps has this game looking and playing sweet!
TWD Prem has left to join Mudflaps.
Anyone watch the Black Knight stream?
Thoughts?
The game looks fun, but can’t say I was super hyped. I’m not a heavy metal fan (at all). Otherwise it looks like a blast. That music running the whole time I’m playing would grate on my nerves. Kind of just the opposite of TNA music really bringing me into the fun.
I’m looking forward to playing one and seeing if the music changes a bit as the code develops. I’m sure it’s unlikely as the soundtrack was done my Scott Ian.
Quoted from Daditude:Anything out there? Anyone have a lead on a pinbot?
No sorry.
Quoted from Mudflaps:I’m split. On one hand, the game seems to flow well and have really satisfying shots, especially the loops. Loved the RGB lightshow and flames in the back. I also really liked the animations and callouts.
Not sure about the flail blocking the game’s only ramp. With just one ramp, that might get annoying. The music was awesome... the first few times. The same riff over and over may get old at home.
This looks like another Stern, which isn’t a bad thing. They put out reliably fun games for every taste. With a MM, though, you may be at castle overkill.
Back to BKSOR vs Wonka
I've already started saving pennies. If I go Wonka, my target will be TPF 2019. By then, they should be shipping and available for a show game discount. I suspect another Stern (or two) will launch and be available in the wild before the first Wonka lands in someone's home or location. BKSOR could still make it to the gameroom if I choose to move something else. I'll go play it in Dallas the first weekend of May before the RRR and bring back a report.
I’m tempted by several things currently.
I wish Wonka was available to purchase instead of available to pre-order.
I’m hoping to get Wonka at next years TPF!
BK looks interesting. I’m going to be able to play it this weekend when I travel for a work meeting.
Congrats to the winners from the Moncla Tournament! I’m in Dallas for a meeting this weekend or I would have made it.
As a consolation, I have been to B.O.S. Pinball, FUN and Cidercade. No pics, but I played a lot of pinball!
I’m looking forward to the RRR / Mudflaps Invitational in 2 weeks.
Quoted from TigerLaw:wavingwilly , I may need a hand or two to pick up Sopranos from Greg (he’s going to let me watch over it for the summer).
Well played...
Quoted from Mudflaps:Are we allowed to guess? I have a pretty good idea.
Sure, I won't spill.
Quoted from Mudflaps:Do I get a free surgery coupon if I’m right?
You have to wear the clothes and take the shots for a year before the surgery.
Quoted from ulmpharmd:I'm guessing Dialed In...used and wrapped up in a stern box as disguise...trickery at its best! lol
So many possibilities. It could be a very well disguised Octoberfest or Magic Girl.
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:I’m guessing one of the three from your wish list.
[quoted image]
Galaxy, Quicksilver or Gamatron?
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:If he would just slip up and update his collection or the look what I brought home today and the suspense would be over.
I guess we will know Saturday unless Mudflaps goes over there to help set them up.
You will all know Saturday at the tournament! Supreme is really fun.
RRR Tournament update
I’ll be providing
Brisket
Vegetable Tray
Fruit Tray
Bottled water
Coffee
Hot Dogs on the grill for the late crowd if anyone is hungry then (I’m usually free during the finals )
Please bring your booze and preferred snacks.
One of the new games is delayed in shipping. I’m working on a sub for the tournament.
Looking forward to seeing all of you!
Yard is cut, food prep is done. Brisket is going on the smoker in about an hour. I'm exhausted!
Dropping off my son at 0515 for a school trip in the morning.
Great day. Thanks to all that traveled to Shreveport.

Calling James ....
Quoted from Jodester:Tiger and I were talking about that last night. We need to have shirts made with the Louisiana pinball tour. It would be awesome to have another city or two to put on the shirts...
I have a great idea for that! I'll report back with progress.
Quoted from PavBall:The boys had a lot of fun. Thank you for hosting. Sorry I couldn’t make this one but I will try and coordinate the sitter for your fall tourney. Do you have the date for fall?
I told Tiger he left you home so he could win!
No dates yet, but usually September.
Dialed In made it today. So far, it’s really fun. I’m glad I finally took the plunge.
A few quick customs.
Titans on the slingshots and flippers.
Mezel colored slingshot and outlane protectors.
Henry is busy figuring out the rules.

I will update when it’s all done.
Any weekend tournaments coming up? (Sry Tiger I can’t make Friday nights).
That sounds fun. Sadly, I’m out of town the whole week of July 4 for Boy Scout summer Camp with Henry.
No AC
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:What state will the scouts be in for this adventure?
Oklahoma
Slippery Falls Kerr Scout Ranch
Looks like a fun time.
I’m a total newb at submitting results. I turned in the Pin golf results but haven’t paid as I couldn’t find the payment button. I received a link to it along with a page full of college Algebra on how to properly submit Pin golf results.
I’ll get it straight, but that sure takes the fun out of it.
RE: September 2019 Red River Replay.
I don't have my kids full school schedule yet, but I'm working on it. I'm not seeing many conflicts. It will be on a Saturday. I'm happy to consider conflicts and regional tournaments tournaments already being scheduled.
Potential Dates
Sept 7
Sept 14
Sept 21 Possible conflict with local Astronomy Club
Sept 28
Quoted from Jodester:Event will be July 5th and run from 6:30 PM until we finish.
Sry I have to miss this one. Ill be sweating in Oklahoma with Henry.
Quoted from Jodester:Sorry Chris. I was trying to plan something for July, but this was the only date that worked. I still plan to have a Halloween tourney and will work with everyone on the dates.
Ill find an excuse to come visit this summer. There's a quicksilver that needs to come to see my house!
Quoted from pin2d:This Week in Pinball Podcast: Episode 51 with Kyle Smet (aka Mudflaps)!
https://www.thisweekinpinball.com/this-week-in-pinball-podcast-episode-51-with-kyle-smet-aka-mudflaps/
Ahem...
Someone is kind of a big deal! Looking forward to this one.
Quoted from scottslash:Nice job on the podcast mudflaps !
Speaking of mudflaps... nevus ... Any update on posting of Mudflaps Invitational tourney results? Maybe Edwin doesn't need the points, but I could sure use 'em!
Sooooooo...
I'm working on it. It shouldn't be much longer. I think the modern tournament result reporting somehow follows the logic that gives warnings like "do not eat the urinal cakes". It seems unnecessarily complicated like it's designed to deter point scammers.
It was in Matchplay. I appreciate it. Adam from IFPA has been helping me. We are each on a several day delay in email replies. He was kind enough to just ask me for the tournament links so I sent them today. It should be resolved soon.
What’s up this weekend Pinball friends?
It’s quiet here. I helped Mudflaps pack up some games last week and that’s about it.
I’m going to look at an EM this week (details after).
Banzai Run and Medieval are both on my shop list. Did I mention Banzai has been on this list for a about 4 years. It plays good as it is and I’m afraid removing the dirt will mess up the balance. It’s a hot mess under the hood also, but it runs pretty good.
For MM, I’m going to get PinsStadium lights, Titans and new LEDs. I’m considering mirror blades and RadCals.
We could not agree on price so I passed. The seller mentioned thinking it over and calling me back in a week or two. No rush.
Red River Replay will be Saturday Sept 14 2019 unless there are major conflicts with the regular attendees.
Angus is once again trying to come in from Colorado and I would like to set the date soon.
I’m looking forward to traveling to a few other tournaments this year if possible.
Red River Replay is confirmed for Saturday September 14, 2019.

Main: Match Play
Side #1 Pin Golf
Side #2 A new fun extra side tourney
The China Syndrome (TNA): $3.6 dollars per team. Teams of two players in co-op mode will each complete a 3 ball game on Total Nuclear Annihilation per entry. Entries are unlimited. The team with the most reactors destroyed wins! Matching Trophies for the winning team's members. Pick your own team mate. Try several different team mates. The main purpose is fun and demonstrating one of the best features in modern pinball, Spooky's co-op mode.
Quoted from TigerLaw:Look how giant the arms are on the T-Rex. Not very realistic, but it sure looks nice.
Stern will probably send you a new decal if you email and ask. They are pretty generous about stuff like that.
Hey friends.
Red River Replay tournament is 2 weeks away. Saturday Sept 14.
I'm looking forward to seeing all of you that are able to make it.
My newest addition since the last tournament is Dialed In (standard).

What’s your Pinball Labor Day plans?
I went to FUN yesterday as a beginning of my short stay in Dallas with Stephanie. I played JP Pro, Star Wars Home Edition and Cosmic Carnival.
I’m hoping to drop by Nickelrama, BOS or Cidercade before I leave tomorrow
Sunday I’ll start taking notes and polishing up my games for the upcoming tournament.
Scott,
No worries.
I'll plan to make a trip over on a Saturday soon and see Tilt. Maybe we could get lunch and then play some pinball?
Red River Replay this Saturday.
I’m looking forward to a fun time as usual. I’ve ordered some trophies from a local shop. I’m hoping the TNA team tourney will be fun.
Louisiana Pinball Circuit shirts will be available soon. I’ve got art done by Brad Albright and I’m working with an online shop to get some shirt selections. I hope everyone likes them.
I’m up and about. Angus (Dave) is in from Colorado. If anyone is early, feel free to come on over. Game room is open.

We had a great time today. Thanks to all that joined us. One young fellow took two trophies!
I can never see a bag of lays again without thinking of Josh.

I’m not that kind of doctor.
Quoted from scottslash:I don't know. Trying to get the Marketing director to return my contacts is like pulling teeth right now.
"Come to my business ASAP, or else!", said no successful business owner ever.
Okay, a bit sarcastic, but some truth there. I hope they give it some time and see what develops.
Perhaps you could try starting a selfie league. That's easier on peoples schedules. You cold try something like a once a month playoff get together. I'll bet you could have an un-official gathering and it wouldn't interrupt their normal flow.
There are a lot of helpful tournament players on tiltforums.
Quoted from ElCid95:I feel the urge to expand my game room. Anyone know of a Guardians of the Galaxy close by that I can purchase?
You should be able to get a Pro quite reasonably with a little searching.
Hey friends! Who's playing pinball this weekend?
I've listed my Aerosmth Pro in the marketplace if you know anyone that considering a used game.
I'm out of town for the Moncla Oil City tourney next weekend.
I'm attending the Leesville tourney 10/12
I'm committed to stay in town for a boy scout event 10/25.
I'm sure sorry I have to miss some of these. October is a tough month for me.
Quoted from Jodester:Anybody interested in my TWD pro? I am trying to sell to get one of the JP Pros...
I’m interested in your ACDC Pro!
Quoted from Jodester:It's all we have left of Mudflaps. I could never sell it.(But you can borrow it)
Thanks and I will!
I’m still waging a civilian campaign to get Mudflaps back to Louisiana. Maybe I’ll write a letter to Sec Def Mattis!
Jody is submitting for me. Sry about the delay. PinGolf was difficult for me to submit in the spring.
I'm ready to print shirts for the "Louisiana Pinball Circuit".
The initial run will be two styles. If I purchase 30 total it will be the following. I will have 10 camp and 20 t shirts.
$35 Black Camp shirts (collar with pocket). This the exact brand and style used by TPF if you own one of those.
$20 T-shirts Gildan pre-shrunk
Art is going to be the two images below. The shirt in the picture is the example of the camp shirt.
I will buy all of the shirts and get them to you. Please post here with size and type you want.
Camp Skirt (resized).jpgback (resized).jpgfront (resized).jpg
Thanks, Please add your size to your request.
I can add or re-balance the number of shirts if needed.
Shirt totals
Nevus XXL Camp Adult Small t-shirt
Jody XL Camp
Mudflaps Lg Camp
E. Block Lg Camp
Po-Boy XL and XXL t-shirt
Scott/ XXL Camp XXL t-shirt
Angus Lg Camp
Action76 (2) med t-shirt
That is 6 camps and 6 t-shirts.
I may reconsider and get 10 of each instead of 10 and 20. That may change pricing. Either way I will have leftovers available and bring them to tournaments and shows to sell. If I proceed quickly, I may have them for the Houston Expo.
If anyone else would like a shirt, please post here.
I'm open to suggestions on the sizes for the leftovers.
Quoted from Bfults:So I can’t have a shirt, or did you just miss my post right under your original post?
If you just missed it, I will change my order to
1 - Camp XL
1 - Camp XXL
If I can’t then just disregard.
My wife says I forget things. I don't remember what she's talking about.
My mistake. I'll update the totals today. I'm hoping to go to the printer today as well.
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:And it would be cool to have these at HAAG
Yes. That was my plan.
I have the same totals as James(PoBoy). I will talk to the printer today, but likely get a few extra camps and a few less t-shirts.
Thanks everyone.
Ed Vanderveen listed his Banzai Run on Facebook yesterday for $5500 and it includes a new CPR playfield (not installed).
This is a pretty fair deal for a BR.
T shirt shop gave me a choice today. Heavy cotton or Ring Spun (softer and a little lighter). Same price.
Any preferences? It will be all one or the other.
I plan to finalize the order early next week.
Good news. I ordered the shirts today and they will be ready in time for the Houston show.
It turned out that the will cost a little bit more than I had planned. I hope this wont be prohibitive for purchase, but I understand. This will hopefully allow me to avoid losing my shirt on these...
Camp Shirts will be $40
T-shirts will be $25
Quoted from PoBoyPinball:I saw your Facebook add looking for one did you find one from it?
Yep, not far away either. This game was at TPF last year,
Quick check here
Who's going to the Houston Show?
Henry and I are going and plan to arrive Friday around dinner time.
Yup, I should have the shirts. Currently in production!
We're gonna look like a pinball gang if we all wear them.
Not Pinball, but I wanted to share with my buddies. Stephanie and I stood on hallowed ground last night at really fun event. This was my first time in the dome and touching the field. I have to admit, I was a little bit star struck with an inanimate object. Sir Saint came waking by and we had to get a picture. I want to go see a game at the dome right freakin now.

Quoted from TigerLaw:EBD for Sorcerer temp trade?
EBD for Quicksilver yes sounds good.
It was great seeing all of you at the show. Congratulations to our tournament winners. I have no female pinball players in my family, but I couldn’t help noticing how great the women’s tournament appeared from a distance. It was great having it in the main room for exposure. I loved the banner. Congrats to all of our friends who made it happen.
Besides the ones already spoken for, I heave one collared shirt $40 (xxl) and t-shirts $25 in Large, XL, and XXL. I’ll bring them to the Romp in December and or I can mail them for a few bucks postage. Thanks to all for supporting the project. We looked like a pinball gang on Saturday.
A few pics from the weekend.

My wife is going out of town and I have some kids activities to assist.
I will miss you all.
I have shirts for a few of you planning to attend. I'll be happy to ship them if you like, just send me a PM and we can work out shipping and payment.
Also, I still have t-shirts in Large, X-Large and XX-Large if anyone is interested. $25
Anyone else here excited about Rick and Morty?
When I first heard the rumor a few months ago, I wasn't keen on it. After taking some time to look at the subject content, I've totally changed my mind. I'm super excited to see the reveal when it happens.
I recently got the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ package. I started up Rick and Morty Season 1 Ep1 this afternoon.
Hey friends,
Who got in on Rick and Morty?
I choose to wait knowing it would likely sell out. I’ve got plenty of confidence I will own this game. I just couldn’t commit with one days time to decide. It looks amazing!
Congrats to you guys.
I’ll keep my eyes open to see how this develops over the next few months. I’ll strike when the time is right for me.
Meanwhile, I may have to grab a JP premium with a show discount etc in the next few months. That’s one fun game.
I want to wait an see how the second batch works out with the PF issues.
Quoted from TigerLaw:pavball and I are. We totally agree the premium looks to be the way to go. We need to sell a few pins to free up some space and funds for Stranger Things and R&M.
Yes, I would love to buy Quicksilver!
Seriously though, there are so many good games available and coming out this year. Assuming they are fun to play I would love to own both Stranger things and Rick & Morty. I'm definitely interested in JP Premium as well.
I would also be pretty happy to find a nice SW Premium for a deal within driving distance.
Happy New Year Pinball friends!
Quoted from TigerLaw:Yea, pavball has put the never to be sold sticker on Quicksilver. We pretty much feel that way about all three of our classic Stern machines. My dream is to have a collection of five classic Sterns all restored by Keith. Selling Dragon Fist was probably a mistake to accomplish that goal but the karate theme just wasn’t doing it for us.
I’m a similar light, I’d like to have 3 classic solid states. I’m very happy with EBD. Gamatron was ‘85 but it fits the bill for me. I think one more in the line up would be good.
C-37 will stay as well.
My sellable options would be MM, Deadpool, STLE or Dialed In. No hurry to sell, unless to try something new. I would likely to replace like with like. Such as MM for 90 BW or remake or Dialed in for a Wonka. Maybe Black hole if the right game comes along.
Too much fun!
I mess seeing all of my Pinball friends. I’m looking forward to another gathering.
