I won't be there until late Friday. I work part of the day.
Jessica and I will be there and probably a couple other members of the family. We are going to get there Thursday and try to hit the week of WPPRs event at Einsteins Pub that night. We went last year, Brian was there also, and it was alot of fun.

Yep I will be there, in fact I'll be there the whole week!
Really looking forward to 7 days of back to back Tournaments!
It was a good weekend for sports fans in Louisiana. It stinks that the LSU game is a 11 o'clock kickoff next weekend. Its always nice to watch LSU at HAAG with all my pinball buddies.

Usually people watching the game just outside the ballroom having some drinks.

It seems like LSU game and HAAG just go together. Many of show that the game is on in the lobby or bar area.
Quick reminder in 1 Month I will have my Annual December Tournament. Mark your Calenders!

Hey friends. I’ve had an unexpected family issue come up and I won’t be able to make it Sunday to the tournament. My apologies. Best of luck to everyone.

Too bad you can't make it.
I have checked with Jeremy one of the owners and they do sell food and drinks, but outside food is also allowed. I feel I little off not bringing something to a tournament food wise (Southern Hospitality). I plan to support them by buying some food and drink's but I think I may still bring some cookies or something to share.
We have church cantata Sunday afternoon/evening. Never been to Wayback and need to get down there! Good luck to the players.

We hate we missed it! We sure wanted to go but Sundays are just bad to travel for us with kids in school. Hopefully, there can be some Saturday Tournaments there.
Last reminder 1 Week to go! Be there or be Square!
TIDINGS, TINSEL AND TILTING TWO
https://pinside.com/pinball/events/tidings-tinsel-and-tilting-two-2022
I had a good time at the Wayback Arcade and the event. Most of the machines were in reasonable shape and the ones that were not, were being repaired by a guy who worked for several hours during the event. The repair guy also was trying to instruct some of the locals on how to maintain and operate the machines properly. The arcade owner seems pretty intent on making all the machines work 100%. I would also prefer a Saturday event, assuming there is an option for that.
A few more pictures from yesterday tournament thank you Brian and Nicholette.
Quoted from Bfults:TIDINGS, TINSEL AND TILTING TWO
For this 2nd Tidings, Tinsel, & Tilting tournament, who did the tilting?
I didn't have any tilts. I've heard the saying "tilting is trying".
Since I finished in the middle of the pack, and missed the play-offs, perhaps I didn't try hard enough.
Anyone getting a Scooby Doo?
James Bond?
Others?
I’m interested in a Bond Pro.
I’ll be looking for used in a year or so.
No thanks on Bond for me. I am also out on Scooby Doo. Brian just bought a Rush Premium, and I love the game. It will be the only game that I may trade for in the foreseeable future.
I love the Bond theme, but game play for me was meh.

Yes. Bond Le and scooby doo ce. LOVE BOTH themes!
My experience with Spooky is they are a must try before buy for my tastes.
I enjoyed Bond Pro at the Houston show, even in the loud rooms. I'm looking forward to playing it in a quiet room and hearing the music and callouts.
Of the rumored titles coming out in the next year or so, no jump out to me as something I've been hoping to see.
I’m in on a Scoob! I understand Spooky games aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but have had great experiences with the ones I’ve owned.
Quoted from EasternBloc:I’m in on a Scoob! I understand Spooky games aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but have had great experiences with the ones I’ve owned.
I agree. Alice Cooper and TNA were really good games.
Quoted from Nevus:Anyone getting a Scooby Doo?

Neither game really pulled at my interest…though if I had to pick between the two I’d take Scooby Doo.
The only rumored upcoming game I’m really interested in is Venom…but where would I put it? Ha!
Just booked TPF! Exhibiting AIQ Pro. Will be for sale, and I'll be looking to buy/trade. Who's going?
Barring an unforeseen emergency, Henry and I will be there. Room is booked.
C-37 and Astro on Exhibition.

I signed up guys! Thank you again for hosting Brian and Mike for organizing the event. It was my first IFPA tourney and certainly won't be my last! Thanks for being so welcoming to a newcomer and for being such a great group of pinball enthusiasts. -Sam O from New Orleans
Hey guys/gals. Thinking of letting my ultra low play super pimped Gotg pro go soon..too many new ones incoming so just doing my usual prep. Pm me if interested. It is from the latest run...likely only 20 plays or so (custom laser cut speaker panel, speaker lights, 3 stage powder coat throughout, arms added, hooked metal orb, plastic protectors, metal apron, new sound code, very hard to find laser cut side rails, etc)
