I just did it this weekend and it was really not too bad. You don't have to touch the actual scoop itself, just the plastics and ramp above it to expose it. You have to remove maybe 5 or 6 screws, 3 or 4 posts and a few plastics. The posts are different sizes, so pay attention to where they came off, but otherwise I think all the screws were the same size.

I did not order any post sleeves as my understanding from reading here is the Titan ones are too soft for GOTG and will only last like a week or something. Any recommendations on where to order colored post sleeves that will last on GOTG?
