Does anyone remember what the time frame was on Pirates and DI between when JJP announced production and started shipping games to collector homes?

Every JJP game since WOZ has had issues with weak flippers at shows. It's not a conspiracy and flipper settings aren't the cause. It's a non issue for home buyers and 99% of locations. If the game isn't being played constantly 16 hours a day the flippers will be fine. I wouldn't let this hold you back from buying the game. It's a ton of fun and this is nothing to worry about!

Unless MBR means something else .... Miguel’s Black Rose.
If it was an MBR Classic that was a show/demo game it could have been bought for around $5500. and special pricing on ACDC Pro could be around $5K so it is possible.
Awesome stream! Karl really is the gold standard of pinball streaming. It was great being able to see what was on the small display the entire time. The game is really coming along nicely and looks like a lot of fun to play.
It does seem like the game could use a bit more excitement and fanfare around the jackpots and big scoring moments. For example, during Karl's best game the score suddenly jumped from around 800k to 1.3 million but nothing showed up on the screen. Was this from collecting the Gumball Golden ticket? It displayed that on the screen but didn't show a score value associated? If you have a scoring moment that big the game should let you know it!

Shoots like a dream, so smooth, if any thing the ramps are almost too easy to combo. Seems to be packed with code and things to do. I’m just scratching the surface in that area. The amount of callouts that the new code has has been increased to the point where I don’t know how they can squeeze anything more from the movie into it. Light shows are even more impressive than Oz, those little leds add many cool effects. I’ve got a standard, on the negative side, it does look like something big is missing in the back left, I’m sure someone is going to make something cool to fill that space, for now I’m putting a big Wonka bar with a golden ticket back there. Another negative might be the dangerous pops like Walking dead, it has drained SDTM several times for me. It amazes me with something new every time but that is part of the honeymoon. The music is fantastic, they didn’t get the rights to have the kids or the Oompa Loompas singing but they play the music of their songs so well you don’t really miss the singing. The theme integration is so packed, outside of the modes, Gene and Grandpa are constantly talking to you. JJP also stepped up the packaging. It had its own mini palate inside the box and so much extra cardboard and styrofoam packing than normal, keeping it so snug. Haven’t been this impressed with a game since Maiden.
Thanks for the review! Are they making good use of all of the mini-magnets with the new code? When I played the prototype games back in April, they didn't seem to do much at that point.
