    The three hanging wires, 2 white and a black were attached to the coin lockout relay, ie the machine would eject coins unless it was powered up. normally you'd need the two whites tied together to complete a circuit to other functions. Tie the two whites together, tape off and well as the black (separately) and stow.

    Unless you are a purest and want to restore the coin lockout relay... at this point I throw my hands in the air and walk away...

    (i put a blue arrow pointing to the coil lockout relay shell)
