Notice how there is a slot in the top of the post? With a small screwdriver back the post out of the mounting hole on the credit wheel and then find the hole in the wheel corresponding to 15 credits... Ops always had them set low.

Just to "highlight" what I was talking about... note the screw post that is opening the contacts. There are 3 or 4 different mounting holes for that post
