GTB Monte Carlo - section of schematic needed

I'm looking for the schematic for the "10,000,000 when lit" lights that are on the back right side of the machine.

I need to know if they are part of the GI circuit (AC) and switched on/off by a relay, or controlled lamps circuit (DC) switched on/off by the MPU.

I am measuring 7VDC, 3VAC at the socket, which doesn't sound right to me.
