Hi all
The XB (Last Ball) and LB (Bonus Value) relays on my Jumping Jack are not pulling in meaning the automatic 10x bonus on the last ball doesn't happen, and the game doesn't end properly.
I've highlighted what I believe to be the relevant circuit.
Could anyone explain to me the theory of how this circuit works, and where I will find the PIC and P2A switches
Many thanks
David

Quoted from Incomer:

where I will find the PIC and P2A switches

Those switches are on the Player Unit.

Thank you for the comment and especially for the diagram

Since neither XB nor LB work I'm concentrating on the section from the adjustment plugs rightwards and trying to work out the logic behind each of the paths

Check that M/B on 2A to start.

Managed to solve this.

The springs on the wipers (snow shoes) on the player unit were too weak to hold the shoes properly against the rivets.

I think they had been replaced with incorrect springs, (rather than broken) as the underside of the wipers where they contact the rivets was also very rough on each shoe as though someone had been trying to improve the contact.

I replaced the two wipers and springs with some good ones and it all works now.

This is a picture of the ones I took off

Thanks for the advice currieddog
